Liesel Schilperoort
Next Gen Coach
Liesel Schilperoort has a background in building cross-agency/cross-system partnerships, creating collaborative processes, workforce development, and engaging industry leaders in workforce strategy. Previously, she co-convened the Healthcare Industry Leadership Table of Seattle-King County (HILT) and managed multiple work streams including business champion development, public partner recruitment, communications, the Talent Pipeline Committee, and the Behavioral Health Committee. In addition, she is a seasoned facilitator, project manager, and director of a variety of programs focused on industry engagement in workforce development initiatives in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. As her legacy, she is working towards "increasing her community's capacity to to cope" and, as a Next Gen Coach, she is excited to continue to work on integrative partnership development and creating spaces for industry leaders to own the opportunities their regions provide: to their businesses, their broader industry, and to their local economy and community. In her free time, she enjoys surfing/skiing, gardening, painting, and ballet.
