Lynn Vosler spent over 20 years in workforce development at community colleges where she created and maintained several hundred industry partnerships. The work involved needs assessments, skills surveys, curriculum development and training and education delivery. Through this work she collaborated with economic development, workforce and other educational partners to launch five industry sector partnerships, two of which remain some of the most successful in the nation - Northern Colorado Manufacturing Partnership and NoCo Health Sector Partnership. Since that time, Lynn has helped to start or coach sector partnerships in health care, IT, manufacturing, construction, and professional services in Colorado, Wyoming, Connecticut, and Oregon. Lynn believes that Industry Sector Partnerships are by far the most effective way to engage with industry and to develop long-time relationships that result in positive change.
