Lindsey Woolsey

Co-Principal, INC

Co-Principal of INC and President of The Woolsey Group, LLC., Lindsey Woolsey is a national expert in the field of industry sector and cluster strategies. She is known for her unique capacity to engage CEOs directly, harness their passions, and sustain their co-investment in shared solutions to pressing workforce and other issues. Lindsey earned a Masters in Public Policy from Johns Hopkins University where she studied labor economics and workforce development, and her BA in International Relations from American University.

Francie Genz

Co-Principal, INC

Co-Principal of INC and Principal of Genz Consulting, LLC., Francie Genz has worked in over a dozen states around the country to advise state and regional leaders on launching and sustaining regional sector partnerships that act as vehicles for aligning education, workforce and economic development programs. She has also advised state system leaders on policies and practices that deepen industry engagement. Francie holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

John Melville

Senior consultant and board director, INC

Senior Consultant and Board Director to INC and CEO of Collaborative Economics, John Melville is a national leader in the design and practice of next generation industry engagement. Over the past thirty years, he has worked with public and private leaders in over fifty communities across the U.S. and abroad, helping them launch concrete partnerships to improve workforce development, economic development, regional innovation, and quality of life. He holds a B.A. with honors in Political Science from Stanford University, and has co-authored two books on civic entrepreneurship.

The Next Gen Sector Partnership Community of Practice relies on a cadre of Next Gen faculty, experienced practitioners with a track record of success in convening successful Next Gen Partnerships, as well as Next Gen Coaches who advise and support regions and states engaged in Next Gen Sector Partnership-building.
