With a career spanning over 17 years in post-secondary education, Patricia’s expertise is deeply rooted in developing workforce development solutions and supporting public-private collaborations that solve for skills and talent gaps across industry sectors.

Patricia’s workforce career began as the director of a non-profit, post-secondary occupational school focused on construction and building trades apprenticeship programs and professional development courses. Her subsequent role in community colleges provided her the opportunity to oversee occupational training and education programs in healthcare, tech, and hospitality sectors. Patricia’s current work builds on these experiences to convene and support regional sector partnerships across sectors such as Tech and Healthcare and as grants director of the Good Jobs Challenge Program.

Patricia has a B.A. in Communication from Central Connecticut State University and M.S. in Management Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
